My husband's father had a second family, a step-mother, half-sister. He died December 5, and because my husband's relationship is strained at best with the step and half, we aren't sure if there's a will. I checked probate and found no records for Bernalillo County yet. Is there some way, that has some teeth to it, we can ask for a copy of the will ? We haven't heard anything from them since the funeral.
