My father passed away 3 yrs ago and his wife had him cremated rapidly with out consent from us. My father did not have a will nor did he have a anything written on paper. I did not get any posessions her children took it all. Now she has a man living with her and I am unable to visit my dads remains. I want to know if I have a legal right to get posession of my dads remains. I am worried about what happens after she dies my dad did not legally adopt her children. I believe my father would want to be with me and his granddaughter where his memory is respected. please help. This will be under Texas Laws
