over the past 8 years i have lend money to my sister. we never signed a note - just a verbal agreement to repay - no specified terms.
is there any way i could take her to court to force the issue?
Stop loaning her money.
There is a very little chance you can reclaim money without any wrutten agreement since some if it goes back so long and it almost appears you are giving her the money.
