I wanted to know if their was any type of lawsuit I could file agansit a hopstial. I took my 10 month on daughter to the ER when I noticed she had a few spots of blood in her diaper. After being at the Er for 6 hours they didn't examine her they automatically ammused she had been sexually abused and the doctor contacted the police and DFCS. I than took my daughter to a Childrens Healthcare and the doctor examined her and showed that she had not been sexually abused and she had bumped herself. Now I have DFCS calling my family members and coming to my home. I want to know can I file a lawsuit against the hopsital for a malupractice suit for negilance and miss diagnoses.
