Falsely accused

Need advise.
2 years ago an X boyfriend put a rest. order against me for Harassment! it was an act of vengence on his part, everything he said in court was a lie, but because he was so presistent the "judge" agreed with him and granted his request regardless of what I said. 2 years later he is calling the police telling them that I am sending him mag. subscriptions and calling his work, saying something foul and hanging up. This is completely false.
Now I am getting harassed by the police asking me to come down to the "station" for questioning. So today I drove for an hour in traffic and the Dect. wasn't even there for our appt.
She called me back and said "we have to meet" What do I do?
Do I HAVE to meet with her. I'm very busy and cannot afford to keep taking off work to meet her. Can she come to me? What are my rights. I've already told her I did not do whatever he is falsely accusing me yet again of doing.

I'm not aware of why you are compelled to go down to the police station for questioning without a warrant of some kind or other exigent circumstance that would warrant arrest.

Boy! thanks for your timely response. I've since retained an atty thank you very much. I'm going to clear up this matter once and for all. The fact that the "victim" who in this case is a 6'3" 250 lb male with a boat load of cash and nothing but time on his "old crows feet" hands, who sits around on his computer making up internet pranks and then accusing women of doing them to HIM is astounding.... AND the fact that simply because he is the "plaintiff" he is allowed to get away with perjury?! This will all come out with we meet with the DA. XXXX beware! Here's hoping you get jail time for fraud and perjury!

The jilted lover syndrom

I know about this situation and about this guy XXXX of Marina Del Rey CA. He is notorious for "internet dating" and then stalking the girls who blow him off. He does indeed make up internet pranks, sends email, mail and other stuff to himself and then accuses whoever he is upset with of doing it.

He is a jilted, burned out, incredibly ugly man. This girl did not want to continue dating him and she told him so, he went on Matchmaker.com, (I know because I was there when he did this) he slandered his own profile and printed it out for future use. He made up profiles pretending to be this girl and emailed other men on the site. He had them call his house, he filed a phoney police report and accused this girl of doing it, totally rediculous, he just had to document stuff.

Not knowing any of this, she began dating his friend. She emailed this Don cat wishing him Happy b-day. to which he replyed! and said "Thank you" and then called her 3 times. when he found out she was seeing his friend, which HE introduced her to, he went psycho! he sent her nasty emails and when she did reply, he took her to court and started accusing her of doing all kinds of crap. He went off and had a tantrum about the birthday wish. They believed him and granted a RO. He then sent himself mag. subs a year later and accused her of it and called the police etc... she went back to court, the judge dismissed it of course because he was totally full of it and had no proof that she did anything. He did it to himself I know again I was there. The judge knew then that he was lying and had lied in the beginning but it was too late, they can't do anything about it once the RO is in place and it had been 2-1/2 years or so.... He's a freakiing psycho! I used to work with him, everyday for 3-1/2 years, I am no longer his friend, he's done worse to other women. It's too bad he's still walking around, he should be behind bars.

Here's an update to that freak XXXX, and karma at it's best.
Seems this guy who is/was a pilot was trying to get out of town quik. He was being investigated for child porn and in an attempt to flee the scene his plane took a nose dive out of Santa Monica Airport and he's now sitting in a constant puddle in a wheel chair in his home in Marina Del Rey. Which he'll lose when all his money runs out... He sits motionless in a poopy diaper that is only changed once a day by a nurse who dispises him. The beauty of it is he's fully aware of his plight and can do nothing about it. Now that's justice!
