I was "Falsely Accused" and "Forced" to make a Plea at the time I was not in my "right - state - of - mind". Back in Oct. 2005, I was charged with a crime I did not commit, and due to having vaious Public Defender's at each stage of the proceedings, I beleive I was NOT represented properly and I was intimitated to make a "Guilty Plea".
I never returned to Court for Sentencing because I am NOT Guilty of the Crimes I have been charged with. How can I reverse the Plea I was intimitated to agree to by the Public Defender.
