My girlfriend is in jail. been there for 4 weeks now. False Positive SCRAM readings. She is awaiting a bed at a treatment facility which might be another month as well. The readings were times when I was with her. I'm absolutely sure that she consumed NO alcohol. What are our options?

How are you sure that the SCRAM readings are a false positive? We don't know any of the details either and why your girlfriend would be in jail for 4 weeks - which is quite severe. To begin, what law or laws is your girlfriend accused or convicted of violating?
