Is a voicemail admissible in a criminal case? Voicemail was was not to victim but a third non involved party. If voicemail is admissible, does the person whom voicemail was left for, has to appear at trial?

Without knowing more details, I would only suggest that the person who left the voicemail be present. It is possible the recipient could be necessary just for verification purposes, but only if the voicemail is challenged.

In the abstract, and without any relevant facts or information at all, just about anything could be admissible.

    Not necessarily.

If you want more useful answers, you should provide relevant facts.
