If someone takes a picture of you at work without your knowledge, then posts that picture of you on their Facebook page over and over with different insulting and sexually derogatory captions on it, is that harassment? Are there any steps you can take to make them stop?

Did you ask the person to stop/remove the picture? You can report it to fb & ask them to remove it & the comments.

As Betty said, you can report the photo to Facebook.

Unfortunately there's not much you can do if the person makes another page and keeps posting the picture. At least, there's not much you can do without spending money.
