exwife awarded car in Div. but bank will not remove the ex husband from the loan and

Wells Fargo Bank in CA had the oriinal loan to a Mercedes 2006 to the husband. The divorce decree said she is responsible for payments insurance registration and taxes.
The ex husband provided them the divorce decree and they refuse to honor a Hawaii court ruling.
Therefore, husbands credit is at risk due to her late payments, he still must insure the car because he will be held liable for any accidents.


How does he get his name off...take her back to court, if so what form is used and is it civil or family court?

The bank was not a party to the civil action, and therefore has no obligation to remove his name from the loan. She needs to get a loan in her name only.
