Fraud, Embezzlement, Bad Checks exsponge forgery

Can any one help me with an exspongement on an adjudicated probation for a felony forgery charge. It has kept me from several good jobs and I was told by pleading that I would not have anything on my record that would keep me from getting a job. I have completed my three yrs probation and the offense occured in 1993.

a family member of mine pleading guitly to embezzlement 11 years ago and is currently wanting to buy a house, however there is a lien against them on there credit report from the IRS, i was told that after ten years the IRS can not come after you any more, I was hoping to get some information about how I can go and have this Lien removed, thank you
