   I was 17 and I was with my friend when he shot someone with a bbgun, I helped hide the gun and was charged too. I plead guilty to attempted felonious assault, I violated probabtion once. Its been 5 years and I was wondering if I can have it expunged. I've had 2 traffic tickets too if that makes a difference. This happened in Michigan and I now live in Indiana.

   felonies cannot be expunged, I believe you have to get a presidential pardon.
