A criminal charge was filed against me 3 years ago. I was never never notified so I didn't know about it and due to not showing up for the court date, a warrant for my arrest was issued. I then got arrested when I traveled out of the country and re-entered the country. While I was in jail, the person who filed charges (got scared as they knew what they did was wrong) so they dropped the charges so I was never convicted. How do get my record expunged?
