Criminal Records, Expungement Expungement of dead docket misdemeanor

I recently had a charge of possesion of false auto insurance dead docketed as a result of agreeing to pay an incresed fine for a moving violation that I also was being charged with.
My question is will I be able to have the possesion of false insurance removed from my record?
