ex wife fail to register car in her name

    My ex wife never changed the title of the car given her in our divorce 3yrs ago and now her current husband has gotten 3 tickets which he has not paid.
    They are sending me notification letters wanting me to pay them. What are my options in dealing with this. She procrastinates on everything plus we don't get along well at all.
