My ex-wife was arrested a year ago in Missouri for a hit and run in a school zone and the officer found a bottle of Xanax in someone else's name on her. She had two felony charges against her. The ruling was that she had 2 years un-supervised probation and had to attend a 21 day drug rehab and she lost custody of the kids to me with visitation only. The judge specified that if she violated her probation she would lose all visitation. The judgement took place April, 08. I was just informed that she was arrested again in Eldorado, KS and it has to do with drugs again. My question is does this violate her Missouri probation and does her felony charges in Missouri now apply? Or does each state handle it differently?
