Unlawful Eviction Eviction process for Ga

My fiancé and I have been staying with his parents for several months now, his dad just told us that we have until tomorrow to get out. Can he legally do this or does he have to go to court to evict us? We consider this our home as we both get mail here at this residence.

Legally, you must be evicted. For the sake of family relations and to avoid a living situation that is at best uncomfortable, I'd find alternate living arrangements.
