if an evict order has already been granted thru Eviction Court but the landlord allows the tenant to stay on additional time of more than a week does he have to go back for a new judgement in Louisiana?

It depends on what else may have occurred or been said. Likely the landlord is waiting for the sheriff to arrive and toss the renter and his/her stuff to the curb.
