Roomate evicting a roommate

Ok so I let a "friend" move in with me to help us both out. He was only spose to be here a year. He told me he'd be out by the end of summer. Now he's saying he won't be leaving until almost June! !! I just unexpextedly found out I'm pregnant with twins and I'm due June 14. I really need to room for my mom or someone else to move in who can help me!! I want him out before these babies are born!! He's usually late paying rent an utitlites. I don't know if there's anything I can do to get him out!!!

You can get him out but you will need to follow the eviction process. You can do a google search for eviction process state of Pa.
