Was living month to month, in hopes of move to escape stalking and intimate partner violence by ex boyfriend. Lease was broken by non payment after 2 attempts to pay in full, check bounced after funds drained by ex later exposed to stalking/theft by entering and staying in attic of resident. No charges pressed only several police reports. Latest charge of assault pending 24 hours to legally resume. Resident refrained from pressing charges after conference with detective in fear of retaliation from ex. Did not make statement in eviction proceedings, given judgment to vacate on June 17th, rented uhaul in driveway in efforts to vacate; no funds for assistance in moving 3 br, 3 children home to local storage has made resident extend past time to vacate; June 25th notice of abandoned property placed on front door of dwelling stating trespassing will be prosecuted also states which will not be less than 2 days from date notice afixed to door. Tenant takes responsibility for situation and doesn't want retaliation but only to leave peacefully, pay debt back and advice to achieve this. Landlord knows nothing of residents circumstances.

Your circumstances and dilemmas have nothing to do with your contract breach.
You owe money, you pay.
You don't pay, the sheriff and his crew will physically remove you and all of your stuff to the nearest public area, usually the area between the curb and sidewalk.

Sorry, nothing you can do to stop the train from barreling through your current domicile now, but vacate ASAP.

Than you. Abandonment notice states less than 2 days is calculating a time frame possible? Why Abandonment instead of forced off premises assited by Constable? To vacate property and clean will take several trips to storage, concerned about the trespassing and family dogs, children 16 and younger left at property. The time in which abandonment is in effect is my concern.

You need to contact the constable's office and ask him or her all of your questions.
Two days could mean less than 48 hours, or Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
It will be no less than two days, however.

If you hadn't been paying and knew you were going to need to vacate, the cleaning and packing should have been already taken care of. If you have a 16 year old, you have help. You don't say how old the others are but certainly 16 is old enough to babysit, clean, or haul boxes.
