I came to U.S. as a visitor. I am illegal in U.S. for almost 5 years. I go to school, I work as a nanny but all the money goes to school so i never paid any taxes. I want to marry a U.S. citizen who is in the U.S. army. We don't live together and don't see each other too often, but I would like to take him to my family in Europe and begin our lives togetheras a family.
1) What possible problems there might be for me and how long would it take for us to get through the process?
2) since he is serving in the army and is based in different city, we obviously don't live together and because we are not married yet, we don't have joint bank accounts or anyhting like that.
Please advise me on what further steps to take and what possible probelms we might face.
