After countless "set backs" our loan finally went thru. I then wrote an email to the company stating I was sorry I ever dealt with them. I received this email in return. This is just one of many emails and phone calls I received from this company, then it gets worse from there. My question is, should I seek an attorney and what kind should I seek? Can big corporations treat customers like this? If so we need new laws.

Email received from mortgage company:

Ma'am,
I'm sorry you feel that way. In the end, you were able to accomplish everything we set out to do. Considering your credit and debt to income situation plus the fact that your house was falling apart, this is probably the best thing that's ever happened to you. I guess some people are just impossible to please. Hopefully you will enjoy your financial freedom as much as I'll enjoy my fees. Good luck to you!
