You can't assert rights, privileges, or anything that isn't explicitly agreed to in the established contract.

Beyond that legal rubbish, if one is involved in ANY contract, its always to one's best advantage not to gobble, squabble, or quibble about the contract.

Its far, far easier to negotiate, compromise, discuss, and seek an agreement or mutual accommodation.
