I was sentenced to 3 and 1/2 to 3 years the charge was attempted gang assault. I was released on post release supervison september 14th 2012 I have not been in any trouble since ive been on PRS. Am I eligble for early discharge/termination or would they at least be able to make my case inactive?

Doubtful but you can talk to your PO. There is no way for us to know.
