Employer threw me off workplace property

After filing a Workers comp claim,I returned to workplace ,as a customer.Employer came to front counter screaming and yelling {literally] and said....Get off my property and dont come back or I will call police, and have you arrested. Was I fired ?

Could be. Was this your boss that did this? Does the company have an HR Dept/person?

Was I fired? In answer to your reply,yes this was my boss and company owner.There are no HR people.Thank you

So, did they SAY you were fired? Or did you just assume that MEANT you were fired (vs. not being welcome as a customer, which the law allows them to do)?

If you were fired because you filed a work comp claim, that would be illegal. See a local attorney to discuss.
