Employee instructed to mis-route parts

As an employee I was instructrd by my plant manager to route certian parts to scrap as he stold them. I have since quit this job. He has amitted to stealing but has returned the items and resigned. After being questioned by detectives, I was told that he has blamed me for all this and I am now being charged with Rec. Stolden Property. Is there anything in Ohio law that protects me from doing what I am told to do by my employer?
Please help I have to answer to this tomorrow and I'm not sure what to do.
