Does a company that requires its vendors to submit their invoices over its own website (which are then stored in their database and subsequently approved and processed electronically) have any right to modify the vendor's submitted invoice data for invoices that they don't intend to pay due to a dispute of the entire invoice amount (such as automatically setting the invoice amount to zero after its age counting from the most recent submission/resubmission reaches 120 days), without having an explicit granting of this right in the contract, even if they keep the previous version as a history and make it available for viewing only to the vendor?
