I purchased via Ebay a truck, located in Ohio. Seller does not own truck or have title or physical ownership of truck. After paying $ 500.00 deposit I learned of this misrepresentation among other things. I chose not to drive 5 hours to meet seller's "Friend".
Ebay is NO help, anyone know the legalities of selling what you don't own?
