Easment Maintenance

I own 21 acres of land. My neighbor owns 5 acres of land, completely surrounded by my property. I also have a small gravel pit on my property. My neighbor has an easement on a portion of the private road, on my property, which leads to my gravel pit. Am I responsible for the maintenance and repair of this road, after storms, or, at anytime? Do I have any legal obligation to provide gravel, from my gravel pit, to maintain or repair the neighbors easement?

Unless specifically provided in the easement, no. However if you damage the road, yes.
