early termination of probation
You have to contact your probation officer and provide proof that your restitution has been paid in full. Your PO is the first person to ask about early termination of probation. If your PO refuses, which they usually do, you can petition the court in which you were sentenced, again providing proof that your restitution is paid in full. You should also provide proof that you've been "clean" -- no arrests, no association with known criminals, no domestic violence cases filed against you, etc. -- to court. If possible, get a statement from your local police department to support your claim that you have not been in any more trouble. Getting early termination is difficult, especially if you pled guilty to the original charge. Good luck!
