I live in Millis MA. Arrested in Cohoes NY for misdemenor DWI. My first arrest of any kind. No public defender will come to Cohoes for my arraingment on Tue 1/27/09 @ 6pm. I can not affford a private lawyer. How do I get the criminal charge reduced to DWAI?
