I was stopped for DWI (simple uncomplicated pull-over) over 14 years ago in Arizona. I was not a resident of the state, but my address taken was that of an in-state resident. I initially responded with a plea of not guilty and that was the last I've ever heard of it.
The other day I pulled up the file on the record's website and the relevant information is below:

So my question is what do I make of it. I assume there wasn't a bench warrant issued, but how does this effect my foreseeable future? How does this register on background checks?
