My husband was recently run off of the road by a log truck, the driver of which was later taken to jail for DUI. He was not seriously hurt, and could not tell if the truck flipped or not. Driving a truck himself, he could not turn around. He called 911 to report a possible accident. The driver then tried to blame the accident on my husband, and the trooper called him to get his statement. It aparently checked out because there were big ruts in the ditch that my husband had to take his truck and trailoe through. my question is: My husband's lower back is hurt from the jerking and everything. If we go to the E>R> or Dr. will they have to pay?
