A friend has a pending court date on a dui in about a week. They have taken his license and he wants me to take him to the bus station so he and his wife can take a trip up north. If he doesn't return for his court date, can I get in trouble for taking him there? I know if he can't get there he will attempt to drive, and they have taken his license.
