I was arrested on a DUI couple of years ago and I was seen after the court disposed the case on the court action report saying the DUI charge was NOLLE PROCEQUI. And I was charged for refused the test and reckles driving.
What is the meaning of NOLLE PROCEQUI on a DUI charge ? means dismissal ?
Is this considered as a first offense legally or not ?
Does this goes to Criminal record ?
I am going to get a job and they will check criminal record. Does this effect the job offer ? Some folks said since I got charge the DUI with NOLLE PROCEQUI then its not goes to criminal record.
Does this effect on hiring me somebody ?
Since, my DUI offense is charged as NOLLE PROSCEQUE, it means dismissal of the offense right ?
What the things the employers look at the background of a person before hiring ? Does my case falls under their consideration for not making hiring decisions ?
