Ok, so I have a DUI blowing 130 and spent the night. Next day im getting all my forms to sign and leave, then leave. I have a notice to appear. The day before I was supposed to appear the RCMP call and said they forgot to give me a paper? Certificate of Analysis... Would a judge throw this out? I havent picked up the paper because I live about an hour away with no license.. and had a lawyer appear on my real lawyer and myselfs behalf to adjourn the court to get it waved into a closer courthouse. I am going to just plead guilty and accept what I did was wrong..but since the RCMP called and said that I thought maybe a glimmer of hope? My lawyer has not gotten back to me yet. I was wondering if the RCMP have to give me my papers or it really doesnt matter. Thanks
