Criminal Law DUI and applying for Greencard

Hello,

In 1999 I did my internshiop in Arizona and got arrested for a DUI. At that point I plead guilty to the charges and spend 1 day in jail and had a psychological assesment, which was okay. Now that I am married to an American we would like to fill for my greencard. Will this DUI cause any serieus problems?
