Dseignated Driver Service

Hello
I am wondering what i will need in order to start up my own designated driver service. The way it would work is that i would drive the customer home in their own car and have a chase car follow me so that i could get back to my location.

There would be no customers in the chase car.
I would drive the customers car with their friends in the car if they have any with them.
I have a valid drivers license.
I have insurance on my vehical following me.

Any information would be helpful.
