Hello there. My question is I was arrested cause of I was on the wrong place mean I was helping people move stuff without knowing it was drugs and got arrested the firat day I meet them. But my case was dismissed because I was innocent. Will this affect my I 485 because it will come up on my fingerprint result so the topic will come on interview?! Thank you!

If your case was actually dismissed, you SHOULD be okay. Having said that, it wouldn't hurt running the scenario by an immigration attorney who can assess your situation from start to finish.

One thing is vitally important though - do not lie to immigration. Ever. THAT will cause you more trouble.

Thanks you so much! Yes I'll talk to a lawyer in detail but I can't hire one right now cause of my finance.

And NO!!! I've no reason to lie about besides they'll already have my case in hand anyway so I'm not gonna lie. Thank you very much for the heads up though and the advice!

One other thing, my name was spelled wrong on my court dismissal paper. Should I go to the court and tell them or its fine?

It wouldn't hurt to tell them since it is your dismissal paper.
