my daughter was stopped for speeding and drug paraphenalia was found in her purse. She was arrested and charged with a class a misdomeanor felony in Illinois. This is the first time she has ever been charged. She has an attorney. I have no idea what type of sentence she could receive. I'm desperately looking for something. She is 20 years old.
