Drivers License Suspension

I got in 2 accidents in a 12 month period so I was required to take a defensive driving test. Sadly, I had just begun school and completely forgot about it until a day after my 90 days were up. I immediately took the course so my license had technically been suspended a day. Since I took the course will my license be reinstated? Is it legal to drive now? Will they still send me a letter saying my license was suspended?

All of your questions need to be asked of the state drivers licensing agency IN PERSON.

I suggest you NOT drive, because you're probably still suspended.

Is it legal to drive now?

Agree.

Don't drive your car till you get this resolved personally at the DMV and have a reinstated driver's license in your hand.

If you get pulled over (and you will - Murphy's Law) all the officer will see is suspension and your life will fall much deeper into the toilet than it is now.
