Minor Child 17, State Police, City Limits, Racing citation, Officer unable to catch other car, pursued minor child, found minor child at a public mall, gave a citation for racing, citation stated 70+ mph, in a 45mph zone, minor child appeared in court, judge ask for plead, before minor child could speek, judge ordered the case to JPO, recieved a copy of officers written citation, officer added additional information, 48 hours later, officer observed same minor child in same mall racing and rorinng up his motor, officer stated this on the previous racing citation before turning in citation, officer was off duty so did not pursue minor child at this time. Question is this unjustice and lack of due process of the law by not letting minor child to plead? is the officer allowed to add additional possable increminating comments on a previous citation before turning said citation in? by stating 70+ mph would this be because officer did not have a radar active? what happens at a JPO hearing? Please Advise
