Criminal Law Domestic Violance (Applying for Citizenship) Please help

On Dec14th 2005 I had a fight with my husband and he called police. Prior to this I called police twice and got him arrested.
When police came I said that he was assulting me how ever he had a bleeding neck. He told police that I was abusing him and thats how he got the bleeding neck.
However police believed me and arrested him.
Police charged him with the following charges.

1. False Report to Law Enforcement

2. False Imprisonment

3. Simple Assult

He was ent to jail and after 30 hours he was released on bail of $2000.00

I decided not to press the charge how ever police did not listened to me.

We hired an attorney and we took a ple burgin and the court downgraded the chargres to :

1. False Report to Law Enforcement ---> Ordinance
violation (Disorderly conduct) Paid fine $250

2. False Imprisonment ----> Ordinance Violation
(Disorderly conduct) Paid fine $250

3. Simple Assult -----> Dismissed

Now will this impact him citizenship as he is ready to file this now.
