Hi. I was just wondering about my domestic partnership. We have been "Married" for about 5 years and I want to know if we need to set up a trust and or will for eachother. We have been opperating under the assumption that we have all the rights of marriage and therefore everything is community property etc... Is this correct or should we take special precautions because we are gay?
