Does my business qualify as an LLC?

I am in the process of becoming a Residential Builder; all I need is a business name. I will be the sole owner of this business without a partner nor any employees; all work will be done through sub-contractors. Does my business qualify to become an LLC or incorporated in any other way; or will I have to settle with a DBA?

Your business qualifies to be an LLC by incorporating. There's no reason I know of why you couldn't incorporate.
