Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Do i still have to go to court?

i got caught stealing and got a MIP about 3 weeks ago, my court date is in 3 days and i havnt got any notices in the mail about it, last MIP i got i notice in the mail about apearing in court. So did they lose the ticket or what?

It's too late now for this post to do any good but I don't understand. If you know the court date then why do you think if the notice is lost you don't have to appear? If anything this could just be more trouble to deal with later. If you don't appear then you will have further issues to clear up regarding why you failed to appear in court. This will not go away because, for whatever reason, you didn't receive the notice.
