Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Do I have a case?

I was pulled over after a man called the police and told them that the passenger of my car had waved a gun around. Myself and the 2 passengers of the car were removed from the car at gunpoint, by about 25 officers, handcuffed and put into seperate cars. I was never informed as to why. They searched my car for a gun, but found only a tiny amount of pot and a pipe. My passenger admitted to the drugs and the pipe, but I recieved the summons. I believe that I was illegally searched because the police report filed was a blatant lie. I also want the man who filed it to be punished. Do I have a leg to stand on in court or should I just pay the fine and move on?
