I am considering divorce from my husband of 7years. About four years ago, he forced me to write a will and leave everything to him. He does not yet have me on his will and I don't think he will. He is a control freak. He purchased a house two years ago from proceeds from another house he had. Am I entitled to one half of this house. He has committed adultery numerous times since we have been married. He is also abusive. He turned over a car to me (his lawyer advised him to do this ) that I had traded this one in for in a separation after the first year of our marriage. We got back together after a year's separation. What a mistake. Is he entitled to any part of the car he signed over to me. My main question is about being entitled to one half of his house.
