Divorce is final now i want to keep home..

The home has little or no equity, I would like to keep the home but i heard i may have to refinance to get my ex off the mortgage . Wouldn't the mortgage company refuse me because of bad credit and filing bankruptcy ? Any advise appreciated.

Just divorced an filed bankruptcy now i want to keep home

Divorced 1 year and now i would like to keep the house which has little or no equity. I was told i may have to refinance the home taking my ex off the mortgage if i do this how would the mortgage co. accept my refinance with bad credit and filing bankruptcy?
