No Problem I'm done I honestly don't think I can take it any farther anyways I'm pretty poor and have put too much money in the system as it is. Again thank you guys for all your help and I honestly hope that I never need it again, but If I do this is my first stop.

If you do have a good case you might not need any money. There are plenty of attorneys that will give you a free (or at least very inexpensive) consult to hear your complaint. If they think you have something good they might run with it... you never know. The cost to you would be minimal, but the payout could be big.

I too am interested in what the cop said as I heard it from my company the arresting officer had to convince his partner that I told him no and he was standing right next to him at the time.
